Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nomad the Label pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
